Hi there, I read your message on the forum for the first time today and I am SO sorry for your loss. My Max was in the Vet hospital for a week, came out the Friday afternoon and I'll never forget how happy he was to see me coming to fetch him... Took him to the Vet AGAIN the very next morning and he had every possible test you can imagine yet the Monday afternoon I got home to find my baby lying in the toilet in agonising pain, he died in my arms within 15 minutes of me getting home like he held on just until I got there and I can not begin to tell you how that killed me inside. I was told that he had bled out into his stomach…. I still cry my heart out whenever I talk about it…. You’re more than welcome to come check out our kennel – hugs Lizel xxxxxx

Lovely posting on the forum. Sorry you lost your best friend. Do go and visit our kennel, while you are there think what type of dog/s you will rescue next, there are plenty out there that need loving, tolerant and forgiving homes! Lynda

hope you dont mind me sending you a pm we had the same thing with our dog he was fine and then one night he peed up the chair not like him at all .my daughter had just had a baby we thought he was playing up so we dident do any thing then about 11 30 at night he went all funny we rang the vet took him down the vet said he got a big tumour in his stomach .she gave him some pills and a jab and said that she dident think he get thought the night about 3 30 in the morning he just past away he hadent been ill at all befor this it was so hard. if he been ill we might have been wating for some thing to happen but he was his normal self right up till then hope this helps you we know how you feel but you did all you cud god bless him
