we have come with our appologies again for not visiting for so long we have problems with our internet its still very slow!! and we didnt know mum could speak in so many languages!!well we have been really good we have even learned how to work the tv remote mind you some of the buttons dont work we did try to clean them but not sure it helped!as some of the buttons fell off!and we done mums dusting for her well sort of we couldnt decide who was doing it first so the feather duster just sort of fell to pieces a bit like our toys really!!as its gypsy's 1st birthday today we have brought you in some spider and tennis ball cake with a huge bag of bonios for later we hope to get our internet sorted soon as mum said something about going with someone else!!see you soon luv and woofs rosie,gypsy&angel sasha xxxxxxxx

Hi Lillie, I am just taking a break from the packing (we are off to Dorset for a couple of days in search of the elusive salmon). Outside it is a grey day here but inside it is mocha latte ice cream coloured, well the kitchen is. I think that I might have overfilled the ice cream maker. At least licking it straight from the walls saves on the washing up and luckily it is absolutely scrumptious. So the girlies (who are currently asleep beside me as I type and are, judging by their movements, dreaming of things they chased yesterday), me and Max, if I can drag him away from the newspaper, are dropping off some of the new ice cream, fresh from the walls. Boo !!!we are back gosh we have missed you so much thank you for looking after our kennel for us while mum was ill,well i rosie have been so good!!apart from eating the£10 note last week well i have such expensive tastes!and it did taste yummy!i still love the odd sock nothing new there he,he,im still training for the doggy olympics(watch this space!)gypsy here yes im still practising my singing getting better and louder all the time oh and i do love a good book!but i prefer to eat them rather than read them!not sure dad likes the fact that he doesnt get to read the end of the book he,he, mum reckons i was a mountain goat in a past life as i like to jump up everywhere and anywhere rosie is putting me in for the high jump in the doggy olympics,i still love to steal mums underwear when shes not looking though we haven't met our new postman yet!leaving you a sloppy kiss and some nice spider and paper flavoured lasagne with some moss flavoured ice cream for afters mind you rosie prefers spiders to moss i just love eating the moss though not sure why mum tells me to leave it think shes jealouse because she cant have any to eat!will come back soon though by the time we get around all our friends it could be christmas!(he,he,only kidding it wont be that long we promise)luv and woofs ***rosie,gypsy&angel sasha***

Hi Lillie, goodness me it is windy here, I knew I would regret that second bowl of cabbage soup! Watched Crufts on the tv and there was that wonderful moment in the Friends for Life result when Harriet, the little girl with cerebral palsy, got upset after winning. Her dog, the beautiful Yepa, climbed onto Harriet's wheelchair to comfort her. It was such a wonderful moment it made me cry. The HWVs are such a fabulous sensitive breed. As a tribute to Yepa, her princessliness Sarika has been in the kitchen making an Hungarian goulash which she is sending over. Purdey is bringing the mashed potato and a vegetable of your choice and Max is bringing some bread with which you can mop up all those lovely juices. Enjoy x

Hi Lillie, today the girls and doberdog are delivering A STONE each as a present. Sarika, her princessliness, is delivering A STONE (precious) - you get to chose from a diamond, a ruby, an emerald and a sapphire - pick whichever you want. Purdey, currently, but no doubt temporarily, a fox/deer/duck poo smell free zone, is delivering A STONE (semi precious) - jet, opal, amethyst or aquamarine - as before you get to pick. And Max, when he wakes up, will be delivering A STONE (common) - your choice from pebbles he found on a walk At STONEhenge and very pretty they are too, one even has a fossil in it (no, not me!). This delivery is occuring to some background music, some provided by A group called STONE The Crows, some provided by A group called STONE Temple Pilots and also the song Ruby Tuesday by A group called the Rolling STONEs, because we Admire itS TONEs, although Max would probably prefer a lullaby. Hi Lillie, WOW....WOW...and more WOWs.....the weekend was marked by an absolutely sensational event.....a truly incredible result.....Drum Roll.......Another Drum Roll......And Another Drum Roll......No, not the rugby, even more incredible than that.......yes indeedy, Purdey didn't get to roll in anything stinky because we managed to stop her! She spotted something on our walk, something which would have been, invariably, very smelly and would also have been very unpleasant stuck to her neck and back!!! We think that, in a previous life, it had been a duck's dinner. Fortunately, Purdey was still on the lead so her loveliness (Mrs Davidmh not Sarika, not to say that Sarika isn't lovely, in fact she is very lovely) managed to pull her to her feet as she started to drop....EXCELLENT....Our first victory over the POOMONSTER which makes the score very much closer...Us 1 - Purdey 237. And now our walk....WE MET UP WITH SOME OTHER DOGGYSNAPPERS for the first time. It was brilliant because they all turned out to be great fun and really lovely and the doggies turned out to be even more gorgeous in real life than they are on here. Roll on the next meeting. And finally it will not come as a surprise to anyone that today the girls and doberdog are dropping off a portion of recycled duck's dinner to roll in...Purdey cannot have it(TeeHee), Sarika is far too much of a Laydee for such things and Max is asleep. PS Oh yes, it is of course DDDD35 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 35), gosh, 5 weeks now and weigh day tomorrow, I don't "feel" any lighter this week so we will see. Have fun x

Hi Lillie, only had about 5 minutes for DoggySnaps yesterday as I had appointments with several Ms - not Maltesers unfortunately but Motorways, the M3, the M25 and the M23. Today's visit is about SARIKA who, as some will know, was yesterday announced as winner of the Humansnaps Laydee of the Month award for February, the Month of Lurve. I was really pleased and not a little proud and I just wanted to say thank you to all those who voted for her gorgeousness and also I wanted to compliment all the other lovely dogs who were nominated. In celebration we partied long into the night, apart from the other supermodel, Purdey, who was in disgrace, having again rolled in something that was both unmentionable and of uncertain origin but was, being typical Purdey, very smelly. Today the girls, the Laydee of the Month and Purdey (newly refragantised - nice make up word that), are delivering kisses to absolutely everyone and Max is delivering handshakes xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Oh yes, it is also DDDD30 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 30) and it was weigh day yesterday......10lbs gone now. I was chuffed about that too but not nearly as much as about my beautiful Sarika x

Hi Lillie, DDDD23 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 23). Weigh day yesterday and I have now lost 9lbs. Yippee, had a glass of red wine last night to celebrate and, being the first alcohol since New Year's Eve, it had a quite excellent effect! I continue on with less food, no booze and lots of exercise and will soon have to step over the cracks in the pavement to avoid falling down them (yeah right!)........ The dogs are all healthy, he said touching wood, so we have got another POO story. On a walk yesterday the girls got into a wrestling match which ended, as always, with Sarika, a nominee for Ladyee of the month (votes by pm in BoviBoy kennel x) knocking Purdey over. But guess what she rolled Purdey over in, yes that's right an animal's dinner - but sadly after it had been a)consumed and b)recycled. YUK YUK YUK AND MORE YUKS!....... It was one of those walks home which were very slow, partly to avoid seeing anyone but mainly to give Mrs Davidmh the chance to get home from the stables and then I could say that I had a MANFLU relapse coming on and needed to go to bed and would she mind giving Purdelicious a little clean.........TeeeHeee. Well that plan failed because she was late so I had to do it myself and what a clean up job it was, I can still smell the smell now. EVEN MORE YUKS. Today's virtual treats are therefore with the humans in mind - the girls and doberdog are dropping off a "just in case it happens to you" treat - either a noseclip or a cold (your human's choice) and, as part of my celebration, I am dropping off the remainder of the red wine. Hi Lillie, DDDD16 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 16). Weigh day yesterday and 7lbs off now, that's the Christmas excess gone so now it gets difficult. Only a stone to go though and I was so pleased that I had to have some chocolate raisins to celebrate! The dogs health report: Sarika is now fully recovered from the nasty tummy bug, Max is still struggling with it and, unfortunately, Purdey's cast iron stomach turned out to be wishful thinking on my part as she has it too. All I can say is thank goodness for a tiled kitchen floor! Today's treats are some more of those essential aromatic incense sticks, some baby wipes and as many square metres of kitchen floor tiles as you would like. Have fun. PS Sarika is a nominee for HumanSnaps Laydee of the month for February. Should anyone vote for her, via the private message facility in BoviBoy's kennel, we would be very chuffed. Thank you. x

Hi Lillie, it is DDDD9 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 9). First weigh in yesterday morning and 4lb off, not much but a start. I read somewhere that adding chilli powder to your food speeds up your metabolism by 25%, so we will give it a go. The supermodels (who are jolly glad they are lithe) and doberdog (who is jolly glad he is old) are delivering diet food: All Bran + hot chilli powder, a tin of tomatoes + hot chilli powder, five fruits of your choice + hot chilli powder, a vitamin pill and lots of water (hot chilli powder optional). Good luck. PS the girls, who have both had upset tummies recently, are wary of the potentially explosive mixture of All Bran + hot chilli powder - ever thoughtful, they enclose some plastic sheeting for the floor x

Hello Lillie, it is DDDD7 (David's Dreadful Diet Day 7) and I find myself thinking of food and booze quite a lot of the time. It will not suprise you therefore that today the girls and doberdog are delivering a full english breakfast. I will list the constituent parts - two fried eggs, sausages, fried bread, baked beans, mushrooms, fried haggis, black pudding and bacon. YUMMMMMMMMMMMY. And, of course, a glass of a nice champers as a mouthwash. Enjoy. PS You might notice that four mouthfuls are missing....one each for the supermodels, one for doberdog and one for .................?

hello lillie we are back again,and we have been good as usual,we even managed to help mum empty the treasure chest for her well gypsy nearly fell inside it he,he, i tryed to help her and the full thing fell on the floor,gypsy managed to get some carrots before mum caught her he,he, i managed to get some steak but mum took it off me(spoilsport)dont these humans realise how much treasures they throw away!!brought you in some nice chicken stew today(not from the treasure chest i may add)and some carrots from gypsy that she managed to hide from mum off to see if i can find anymore things gypsy may have hidden see you soon luv and woofs xxx*rosie&gypsy*xxx
