Hi Donald. Well the weather here today is horrible it hasn't stopped raining hope it's better on sunday as our local rspca are having their open day and we really want to meet all those lovely dogs. Jack is feeling alot better the Metacam really seems to be working well. We have also added some holiday photos now in Bally and Jack's kennel if you want to take a look. Leaving you chicken and egg pie today xxx

Hi Donald, hope you are well. We are back from our holiday in Lincolnshire and we all had a very good time, we will add some photos soon, the dogs especially enjoyed Skegness beach all that sand as it's just pebbles were we are and it was dog friendly. Now for the news on Jacks x-ray, the vet said he has a torn ligament or something in his knee and scar tissue so it wont get any better (not sure what it all means can anyone explain) and he also has artheritis in his hips so he is now on metacam for the rest of his life as it keeps the inflamation down and so relives the pain. Bubble and squeak is your treat for today xxx

Hi there my friend, first of all we would like to say thank you to everyone who voted for Bally as June's Laydee of the Month, as you know she won and is so happy. Also the paddling pool has arrived so please look at the new photos, there is one in Bally's kennel and one in Jack's, unfortunaly it wasn't a huge success which was surprising as they both love the sea, ponds and lakes and Bally just loves laying in those muddy muddles, but all they did was stand in it (maybe the water was to clean for them) never mind. Todays treat is chicken and chips xxx

Hi there Donald, hope you are well, our silly mummy has gone and caught a cold but luckily daddy has had this week off work, mummy better get well soon or she won't feel like walking us and that would be just horrible. They have ordered a paddling pool for us though and wish it would hurry up and come so we can get in it. Hi there how are you? today the weather is not so good, no sunbathing today but me and the dogs have been able to go in the garden most days, I even managed to get Bally off the sunbed so I could use it, she does love the sun but also water just as much, Jack though prefers to lay in the shade. Hope the weather gets better for the weekend. Please don't forget to vote for Bally as Junes Laydee of the Month as it would mean so much to her, we have only had her since the end of January and love her sooo much. Treat today is tuna and pasta bake xxx

Hi there mate, how are you? hope you are well. The weather here has been hot for days and the people are complaining that it's too hot now, too hot too cold too wet or windy it's never right is it! Now for the news Bally has been nominated for Junes Laydee of the Month and she is very excited and it would be great if she won then we would have a Hunk and a Laydee in the house. Treat today is a jacked potato with lots of butter topped with cheese and pickle xxx

Well it's the start of a new month and it is actually sunny at the moment, lets hope it stays that way, the dogs don't mind walking in the rain but i'm not keen on it. Bally still wanders off a long way on our walks when allowed off the lead and she loves water and seems to be able to smell it a mile off and then she has to go to it whatever you do or say, she doesn't listen if she wants to get at something, she acts just like a 5 year old big puppy (but we love her). Todays treat is liver and onions with mashed potato and a glass of wine xxx

Hi there how are you? seem to have had a busy week but if you ask what doing I wouldn't know what to say, I expect we all get times like that! Jack says thanks for all the birthday comments and goodies he enjoyed them very much, but I did have to keep an eye on him to make sure he shared them and to make sure he didn't eat too much at once, he is a bit of a pig really. Todays treat is peanut butter sandwiches and ginger beer xxx

Just a quick visit today, as not much has happend in the last few days, apart from the snow which the dogs loved although Jack did seem a bit shivery when the walk was over, don't know if it was the cold or excitment and we did go on a rescue mission as a friend lost one of her dogs, luckily we found her o'k she had decided to walk off with a group of people we passed when on the walk, leaving beef stew for you today. xxx

Hi Donald, firstly Jack wants to thank every one who voted for him as April's hunk of the month and for all the lovely comments and treats that were sent, he really enjoyed them and he never knew how many good friends he has as he really never expected to win. As for Bally's training she is now being kept on the lead at all times near roads as she just can't be trusted and we don't want to lose her, even the trainer thinks she will probably never learn because of her age and she was probably never walked near roads by her previous owners, so we now have a new head collar to try to stop the pulling, hope it works. Leaving you some apple crumble and cream.

just popped in for a quick vist...need lots of sympathy as i've got doggy flu (as dad tells me)..i keep sneezing and feel really tired today...boo hoo...shocked mum by not wanting to go out this morning!!!! she cheered me up by us 2 having a lie in as she's not feeling good either... so i spent the morning stretched out on the bed..snoring... felt a bit better after a sausage and gravy lunch though...but had to go back on the bed to sleep again...such a hard life i have heheheh...hope you are all ok... sending you lots of treats...love and woofs...a 'poorly'max.xxxx

already had my first run of the day... mum was up and about at 5am so we were out at 5.15!!!!! it was good fun though.. lots of other dogs were out to. now it's starting to rain so i'm glad we are now back in the warmth.. i'm on mum and dad's bed,looking out of the window,being a guard dog like you have been, i'm waiting for the paperboy at the moment, then it's the postie!!!! but i do have to be a bit quieter today as dad will be home from work and will be in bed..i just hope i see him before mum does...leaving you a bacon butty for brekkie... love and woofs..max.xxxxxxxx

Sorry we have not been around, mum and dad have been so busy trying to train Bally not to go across the road, we first used the whistle which seemed to work for a while but then she started to ignore it, now she is using a spray commander on the beep sound, so lets hope this works. She is so naughty. Leaving you cauliflower cheese and chips xxx

for some reason, i don't think my last message got to you... thanks for the visit.. yes, we are well.. feeling a bit fat. though. did you get lots of treats too???? mum and dad took me away for the wkend and we had fun in the snow too, then i got grumpy because i was getting really wet... wanted to go indoors and get warm..mum called me a big softie...
